In 2016, Tim purchased an additional 60 acres adjacent to the farm, making Happy Day Farm a total of 130 acres. Tim utilized the portion of land to plant pumpkins and hold Fall Harvest activities including a corn maze, zoo, horse shaped swings, pedal carts and more. “In 2012, Tim took his love and passion for family and farming and purchased an abandoned 70-acre farm in Manalapan, New Jersey which officially launched Happy Day Farm.

Our corn maze is a favorite to many visitors to Norz Hill Farm. During the fall we also have many family activities such as pick your own pumpkins, hayrides, farm tours, a corn maze and even a haunted trail. We also have a roadside produce market during the summer and fall, where we sell Jersey Fresh vegetables we grow right here on the farm. Other operations of the farm are, raising dairy replacement heifers, and we also have many other different kinds of animals, such as horses, sheep, goats, llamas and even three zonkeys just to name a few. The home farm is in the New Jersey Farmland Preservation Program. We grow crops of corn, soybeans, alfalfa and timothy hay, rye, pumpkins, sweet corn, tomatoes and other vegetables.
